We are committed to providing low competitive prices on every print product we offer. If you find a lower price on an identical print, simply open a Support Ticket in your Print Lobby, or provide your assigned Account Specialist with the following information for evaluation:

  1. If you found a lower price online, please make sure that the item we are price matching is the same identical product. Once you have confirmed the matching product, please provide us with either a screenshot of the webpage or the web address where the product is located.
  2. If you have a written estimate, please provide the estimate dated within the last thirty (30) days. The estimate should include the competitor’s name and contact information, as well as the final price and order specifications.

Once we have received and confirmed the information, you will receive an email from one of our team members that will include one of the following responses:

  1. Your Price Match has been approved and the new pricing is now reflected in your Print Lobby.
  2. After careful review, we are unable to price match this item; however we have adjusted the pricing in your Print Lobby to reflect the best price we can offer.
